WHAT WE MAKE

Custom Silicone & Rubber Cases, Covers and Sleeves

We make custom silicone cases, rubber cases, silicone covers, rubber covers, and silicone sleeves. If your device needs a protective enclosure and you have a design, we build it.

Parts we make: Silicone cases and covers, rubber cases and covers, silicone sleeves, overmolded assemblies with plastic or metal inserts.

Devices we make them for: Handheld computers, PDAs, rugged devices, barcode scanners, cameras, industrial controllers, OEM electronics.

MATERIALS

Silicone and Rubber Materials

Silicone Shore A 10 to 80. The right hardness depends on your design and the function of the part. We confirm this during DFM. Standard HTV, LSR, thermally conductive, food grade, medical grade, conductive, and transparent grades available. Pantone color matching on all grades.

Rubber: NBR, EPDM, FKM, CR, and 26 further compounds. For applications needing chemical resistance, outdoor durability, or low-temperature flexibility where silicone is not the right fit.

MSDS available on request for all materials.

DESIGN & FILES

Start From Any Design

You have a STEP, IGES, STL, or 2D drawing: send the file. We run DFM within 24 hours and confirm the next steps.

You have a reference, a photo, or a sketch: send it. Our engineers build the CAD from your reference and run DFM before anything goes to tooling.

You have nothing yet: tell us the device dimensions and what the case needs to do. We design from scratch. All three paths end at the same place: a DFM-approved design before the mold is cut.

DFM REVIEW

DFM Review Before Every Mold

Every project gets a DFM review before tooling starts. We check wall thickness, draft angles, parting line placement, gate and vent positioning, and shrinkage. If something in the design will cause a problem in the mold, we flag it in writing and propose an alternative. You approve the final design before we cut anything.

This step takes 24 hours. It is the reason our molds match the design.

MOLDS & FINISHING

Prototype and Production Molds

Prototype mold: CNC-machined aluminum, built in-house. 20-day lead time. First run produces 5 samples. The same mold can run additional small batches if you need units for market testing before committing to a production mold.

Production mold: steel, CNC-machined in-house. 20-day lead time. Multi-cavity options for volume production. The mold is yours.

Tolerances: ±0.2mm

Finishing: Deboss, emboss, UV printing, Pantone color matching, matte, gloss, and custom textures. Specified during DFM and executed in the mold.

On tooling accuracy: the mold is built to your approved design. Every mold is dimensionally verified against the CAD before sampling begins. If parts do not fit the assembly after approval, the issue is in the design, not the tooling. DFM exists to catch this before the mold is built.

NO MOQ

No Minimum Order Quantity

No minimum order quantity. Order 5 pieces on a prototype mold or run full production on a steel mold. The prototype mold supports small batches, so you can put units into the market and test before scaling.

HOW IT WORKS

From File to First Samples in 20 Days (Estimated)

  1. Send your files or describe your project
  2. DFM review within 24 hours
  3. You approve the design
  4. Mold built in 20 days
  5. 5-piece T1 samples shipped for approval
  6. Production runs on your schedule
QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

ISO 9001 Certified. Every Batch Inspected.

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certified. Every batch is dimensionally inspected against the CAD file before shipping. Shore A is verified per ASTM D2240 on every lot. Material lot numbers are tracked from incoming inspection to the packing list. Batch records ship with every order.

MSDS, Certificate of Conformance, and Certificate of Analysis available on request.

Questions We Get Before the First Order

Can you make rubber cases, not just silicone?

Yes. We work with NBR, EPDM, FKM, CR, and other compounds. The material is selected based on your application: chemical exposure, temperature range, hardness target. If you are unsure which material fits, send us the application details and we will recommend.

What is the difference between a prototype mold and a production mold?

The prototype mold is aluminum, lower tooling cost, suited for early samples and small market-test batches. The production mold is steel, higher cavity count, built for volume. Both are CNC-machined in-house and both take 20 days. Most projects start with a prototype mold and move to steel once the design is validated.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, STL, and 2D drawings. If you have none of these, send a photo, a sketch, or a physical sample and we work from that.

Who owns the mold?

You do. Once the mold is paid for, it is yours. We store it for your production runs.

What if my T1 samples do not fit the assembly?

Send us the dimensional data and photos. We review against the DFM sign-off. If the mold is out of spec relative to the approved design, we correct it at no charge. If the assembly fit issue comes from a design change after approval, tooling adjustment is on the client. The DFM process exists to align both sides before any metal is cut.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send yours or use ours. We do not run a parts catalog and we do not reuse client designs. Files are handled with restricted internal access.

What languages do you work in?

English. Your project engineer communicates by email, WhatsApp, or video call throughout the project.
