1. Custom manufacturing basis
We manufacture custom silicone parts based solely on the drawings, files, and specifications provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their design is correct, functional, and suitable for real-world use.
2. Design guidance (DFM)
Our DFM (Design for Manufacturing) comments are general guidance and do not replace full engineering validation.
Dabojin is not responsible for design flaws, unsuitable geometry, or incorrect material selection unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Material and compliance
Clients are responsible for specifying in writing any regulatory, food-contact, or medical certification the part must meet (for example FDA, LFGB, food-grade, medical-grade, or biocompatibility requirements).
Unless a specific standard is requested and agreed in writing, parts are produced using standard commercial-grade silicone.
4. Tolerances
Tolerances follow industry standards or written agreements.
5. Color, appearance, and process characteristics
Minor variation in color, translucency, gloss, and surface finish is normal and is not considered a defect. Color may differ from a screen or printed reference.
Features inherent to molding: such as parting lines, gate marks, slight flash, and shrinkage, are a normal part of the process and are not considered defects unless they exceed agreed tolerances.
6. Sample approval
Clients must review and approve samples before moving to production.
Approval of a sample means the client accepts the design, dimensions, and appearance for production.
7. Quantity tolerance
Custom molding runs may deliver slightly over or under the ordered quantity. A reasonable variance (in line with industry norms) may apply to the final delivered count.
