The Right Silicone For Your Product
We select the right material grade for your application before production begins. Silicone is our primary material, sourced from globally recognized suppliers including Elkem, Dow, and DuPont with full batch traceability. For projects with specific compound requirements, we also work with other rubber materials from our library of 32 compounds.
Material Properties
Standard containers are produced using food-grade, platinum-cured silicone.
- -55°C to +250°C, freezer, microwave and oven safe
- Airtight and odor-proof, no leaks, no smells
- Flexible without cracking, warping, or degrading
- Hypoallergenic, non-toxic, body-safe out of the mold
- Shore A 20 to 80, defined per project requirement
Material Grades Available
Material grade is confirmed before production based on application and compliance requirements.
For projects requiring higher purity, USP Class VI certified silicone is available on request. Share your application requirements and we will confirm the appropriate grade and certifications.
