How It Works: From Your Design to Custom Silicone
We partner with brands and individuals to turn concepts into high-quality silicone products. Here’s our straightforward, collaborative process:
1. Share Your Design & Goals
Start by sending us your project details via our contact form or email. The more information you provide, including:
- CAD models
- 2D drawings
- Your product vision
- Key requirements such as food-grade needs or temperature resistance

➡️ What happens next: Our dedicated project team reviews everything, collaborates with our engineers (DFM), and gets back to you within 24 hours to discuss feasibility, advise, or provide an initial quote.
2. Design Review & Collaboration (DFM)
Our engineers work directly with you to:
- Confirm feasibility: We ensure your design translates properly to silicone production.
- Provide feedback: If we see ways to improve durability, function, or cost-efficiency without compromising your design intent, we share our recommendations.
- Finalize the plan: We confirm every detail before moving forward for product development.

3. Mold Creation (Tooling)
This is where your design starts taking physical shape. Based on your needs (prototypes vs. full production run), we:
- Machine the mold: Using CNC, we create the precise tool (soft or hard tooling) needed for your part.
- Verify accuracy: We ensure the mold matches your approved design.

4. Silicone Product Prototyping & Testing
We manufacture a prototype based on the approved design. Throughout this phase, we maintain close communication, sharing images and videos of the process. If adjustments are needed, we refine the design and iterate until the product meets expectations.
Prototyping and design refinement may repeat until we achieve the best possible outcome. Once the prototype is finalized, we ship it to you for review. If any modifications are required, we revisit the design and prototyping phases to ensure complete satisfaction.

5. Production & Quality Check
With the approved design and mold ready, we move into full-scale production.
- Molding process: We run production according to the plan, utilizing high-quality base materials from reputable suppliers and maintaining material traceability.
- Rigorous QA: Every single piece undergoes robust documentation and process validation. We inspect dimensions (achieving tolerances ± 0.3), material properties, and finish to ensure it meets your exact specifications and our standards.

6. Quality Control, Packaging & Worldwide Distribution
