Clients provide us with sketches, 3D drawings, images, and functional details of the silicone product. Our team thoroughly analyzes the project to gather all essential information before moving forward.

Step 3: Engineering & Design Review – Finding the Best Solution

Once we understand your product vision, our engineers and designers brainstorm the best manufacturing approach. We anticipate potential challenges and solutions to ensure a seamless development process.

Step 4: Prototype Quote & Project Timeline

At this stage, we provide a transparent, detailed quote for prototyping, including the development process and estimated timeline. Once approved, we move on to product design and mold creation.

Step 5: 3D Design & CNC Mold Development

Using advanced 3D design software and CNC machining, we create a precise model of your silicone product. This step includes designing the silicone part, programming CNC tools, and developing the initial soft tooling mold.

Step 6: Silicone Product Prototyping & Testing

We manufacture a prototype based on the approved design. Throughout this phase, we maintain close communication, sharing images and videos of the process. If adjustments are needed, we refine the design and iterate until the product meets expectations.

Note: Prototyping and design refinement may repeat until we achieve the best possible outcome.

Step 7: Product Delivery & Client Feedback

Once the prototype is finalized, we ship it to you for review. If any modifications are required, we revisit the design and prototyping phases to ensure complete satisfaction.

Step 8: Mass Production Quote & Cost Estimation

After the prototype is approved, we prepare a custom production quote. This includes details on bulk manufacturing costs, timelines, and any additional customization options.

Step 9: Large-Scale Silicone Product Manufacturing

With a finalized design, we move into full-scale production. Using high-precision molds and automated processes, we manufacture your silicone products efficiently and at the highest quality standards.

Step 10: Quality Control, Packaging & Worldwide Distribution

Before shipping, every product undergoes rigorous quality assurance checks. We then package and brand the final products according to your specifications before dispatching them to your desired location.
