We also consider the type of insertion, such as the slide buckle insertion for Apple watches and classic pins for others.

The Production Process of Watch Bands

Silicone straps weighing about 110 grams are then inserted into each part of the mold, which consists of the upper and lower bands. This process is carried out with accuracy, ensuring that each of the 11 watch bands produced from a single mold is of the highest quality.

The primary material used in our production process is silicone straps, which undergo a preparation process before molding can begin. This involves mixing and blending various components to achieve the desired properties for the final product. The silicone rubber material is then preheated in preparation for molding. After compression, the silicone undergoes a curing process to ensure it retains its shape. Finally, the molded silicone product is carefully removed from the mold, ready for quality checks and dispatch.
