The Production Process of Watch Bands
The production of the watch bands from the mold is a process that requires accuracy and expertise. We start by placing the aluminum mold into a compression molding machine. Silicone straps weighing about 110 grams are then inserted into each part of the mold, which consists of the upper and lower bands. This process is carried out with accuracy, ensuring that each of the 11 watch bands produced from a single mold is of the highest quality.
